Nothing says it better than a pleased customer does. Todd Jernberg
offers an unsolicited review of Benzgrind HP 22.
"While I was the area manager of machining at Briggs &
Stratton, I can say that your Benzgrind HP 22 was one variable that
I never had to worry about! Briggs & Stratton began using the
HP 22 product in 1991, after a catastrophic failure/breakdown with
one of your competitor's products. My biggest concern with your
product going into our system was its stability and long-term performance
factors.
During my four years of usage with the Benz product in the Milwaukee
facility, we never incurred a problem. You engineering staff took
weekly samples for analysis and feedback and your company sent along
certified reports on all deliveries.
As
a result of the performance of the HP 22 product, I decided to use
your product in our new Statesboro, Georgia facility. Statesboro's
High Speed Grinding area, is one of the largest installations of
its type within North America. This particular area is comprised
of three central system filtration units, with each system having
maximum oil capacity of 15,000 gallons. Benz's product was stable
during my three years of involvement at Statesboro. Never during
my seven years of managing the High Speed Grinding area, did I incur
an oil related, performance issue with HP 22. The grinding forces
within the Statesboro equipment are some of the greatest grinding
forces in industry today. It is due to the aggressive grind that
we needed a product with high lubricity, stability and one that
would not deteriorate over time.
The service and quality of your product helped Statesboro achieve
the world class performance that we set out to achieve in our High
Speed/Super Abrasives Grinding Department. I would highly recommend
your product to any company considering a change or about to enter
into the super abrasives are of manufacturing that utilizes grinding.
The Benz product has more than passed the "acid test."
It has endured 7+ years of manufacturing in an extremely high volume
machining environment!"
