Heavy Duty Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluid

DURA KOOL H is an extreme pressure semi-synthetic metalworking fluid designed for the most demanding operations on ferrous and more difficult to machine metals. DURA KOOL H couples the heavy-duty machinability of high end soluble oils with the longevity of a synthetic and is designed for the most difficult ferrous metal removal operations. DURA KOOL H is formulated to resist microbial attack, without the use of conventional formaldehyde release biocides; this evolution in product development produces a metalworking fluid with exceptional longevity in both central systems, as well as individual sumps. This formulation approach also eliminates the characteristic fouled odor associated with microbial proliferation.

DURA KOOL M is a heavy duty semi-synthetic metalworking fluid designed to machine multiple metals, focusing on the special needs for aluminum manufacturing. Advanced lubrication technology allows 

DURA KOOL M to perform extreme pressure machining operations like a chlorinated soluble without the presence of chlorine; and without the increased disposal costs associated with chlorine. This same technology increases tool life and improves surface finish. DURA KOOL M is formulated to resist microbial attack without the use of conventional formaldehyde release biocides. This evolution in product development produces a fluid with exceptional longevity in both central systems and individual sumps. This approach also eliminates the characteristic fouled odor associated with microbial proliferation.
