Heavy Duty Sulfurized Cutting Fluid

Speedi Kut 10 & Speedi Kut 33  are low viscosity straight cutting & grinding oils that provide increased heat removal needed for high speed operations. Extreme pressure additives provide lubrication for cutting operations and boundary lubricants provide the necessary surface finish. These products can be utilized on ferrous metals in operations such as reaming, milling, and gundrilling, whereas SPEEDI KUT 33 can be utilized on non-ferrous metals too.       

Speedi Kut 122 is a heavy duty sulfurized cutting fluid that provides maximum tool life and good surface finish in the toughest machining operations, such as broaching, threading, and gear hobbing, on high carbon and stainless steel. Sulfur, including active sulfur, provides extreme pressure (EP) properties that allow Speedi Kut 122 to aid the cutting process and control built-up edge (BUE) on the tool. Boundary lubrication additives enhance surface finish and the low viscosity helps to remove heat that can impact tooling and work piece geometries.  

Speedi Kut 332 is a highly fortified active sulfur cutting oil formulated to maximize tool life and provide excellent surface finish. In the toughest machining operations, such as broaching, threading, and gear hobbing of high carbon and stainless steel, Speedi Kut 332 provides the technology to cool and lubricate the chip and tool face, controlling built-up edge and preventing distortion of the workpiece. 

Speedi Kut 674 is a highly fortified active sulfur cutting oil formulated to maximize tool life and provide excellent surface finish. In the toughest machining operations, such as broaching, threading, and gear hobbing of high carbon and stainless steel, Speedi Kut 674 provides the technology to cool and lubricate the chip and tool face, controlling built-up edge and preventing distortion of the workpiece. 

Speedi Kut 829 is a highly fortified active sulfur cutting oil formulated to maximize tool life and provide excellent surface finish. In the toughest machining operations, such as broaching, threading, and gear hobbing of high carbon and stainless steel, Speedi Kut 829 provides the technology to cool and lubricate the chip and tool face, controlling built-up edge and preventing distortion of the workpiece.
