TECHNI KOOL 200 is a true solution synthetic which excels in general ferrous metal removal applications. TECHNI KOOL 200 provides excellent lubrication while maintaining a clean machining environment. Unique surfactant chemistry allows the fluid to cleanse tools and parts, as well as the coolant delivery system. Contaminants such as oil, smut, and fines are quickly displaced from the fluid allowing for extended coolant life.  With this chemistry, residues are softer and more easily managed. The overall manufacturing and machinists’ operating environment are much cleaner with TECHNI KOOL 200. 

TECHNI KOOL 300 is a true solution synthetic which excels in all ferrous metal removal operations, even the most difficult machining applications on difficult to machine alloys. Additionally, TECHNI KOOL 300 helps maintain a clean manufacturing environment. Unique surfactant chemistry allows the fluid to cleanse tools and parts, as well as the coolant handling system. Contaminants such as oil, smut and fines are quickly displaced from the fluid allowing for extended coolant life. 

Overall, the synthetic make up of TECHNI KOOL 300 allows for the high end machining performance of soluble oils, without the high maintenance, odors, and reduced sump life generally associated with generic soluble oils. 

TECHNI KOOL 2213 is a true solution synthetic metalworking fluid designed specifically for use in carbide metal removal operations. Techni Kool 2213 is formulated to inhibit the leaching of cobalt from carbide.

Cobalt leaching considerations:  

  Cobalt in the airborne mist or spray is suspected of causing serious skin and respiratory irritation. 

  The presence of heavy metals, such as cobalt, in wastewater may qualify it for environmental effluent discharge regulations.  Increased disposal costs are typically associated with such contaminants at or above set limits.  

Tests using the inhibitor package in TECHNI KOOL 2213 show cobalt levels are limited to 1 ppm versus 250 ppm or greater after 20 hours of cobalt exposure in unprotected systems. 

Techni Kool ES has the unique characteristic that can utilize tramp and machine oils, that inherently contaminate systems, for added lubricity. The synthetic fluid runs cleanly and rejects tramp oil after stabilizing with approximately one percent emulsified oil, which provides additional lubricity and cleanliness. 

Solutions of TECHNI KOOL ES above 3% concentration protect cast iron from corrosion. A distinctive feature, for an emulsifying coolant such as Techni Kool ES is its low-foam, even at extreme pressures and high flow rates.
